Thomas Keefe has more than 30 years of experience serving clients in the energy industry and has served as the lead client service partner, concurring partner, or advisory partner on several large energy clients from across the industry. His experience includes external audit, internal control audits, rate case filing reviews, and purchase accounting. Keefe also has expertise in SEC requirements, including those associated with initial public offerings, and in ratemaking and other areas of regulatory accounting.

Partner | Tax DEI Talent Acquisition Leader

Jason is a partner and the DEI Talent Acquisition Leader for Deloitte Tax LLP, based in the Houston office. He has more than 20 years of tax experience, primarily serving large corporate clients in the energy industry (including upstream oil and gas, oilfield services, and engineering and construction). Jason has worked with both attest and non-attest clients on large federal compliance, consulting, and income tax provision engagements and has extensive experience leading engagement teams including coordination of services across service lines and taxing jurisdictions. As Tax DEI Talent Acquisition Leader, Jason is focused on leading our Tax strategy to recruit in a manner where we obtain the representation that we desire across various cohorts and promote an environment where our professionals feel safe, supported, and engaged.
