Thomas L. Keefe

Tom has more than 30 years of experience serving clients in the energy industry in our Chicago, New Orleans and Indianapolis offices. He has served as the lead client service partner, concurring partner or advisory partner on several large energy clients that have participated in virtually all aspects of the industry, from basic utility distribution service to electric and gas transmission, propane distribution, coal mining, energy trading, energy services, nuclear generation and independent power production. His range of experience includes external audit, internal control audits, rate case filing reviews, and purchase accounting related to the acquisition and/or disposition of plants and businesses. In addition, Tom has served several renewable energy clients assisting them with various financing and other accounting matters.

Tom has a significant expertise in Securities and Exchange Commission requirements, including those associated with initial public offerings and has served as the lead audit partner on many public financings including master limited partnerships. Tom also has a considerable experience in ratemaking and other areas of regulatory accounting.

Tom is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame and is a member of the New Orleans Advisory Board of the Posse Foundation.
