In the future of work, artificial intelligence will take on the more repetitive and routine tasks. The work that will remain will be highly cognitive, creative, and intellectual, but how will we effectively do this type of work if we are burnt out, lonely, or feeling apathetic in our jobs?

On this episode, Deloitte chief well-being officer Jen Fisher talks with Amelia Dunlop, Deloitte Digital chief experience officer and author of “Elevating the Human Experience—THREE PATHS to LOVE and WORTH at WORK”, about elevating the human experience by renewing our focus on fundamental human worth and investing in individuals to nurture growth, creativity, and innovation.
