How do cloud-tech companies make the journey from hot startup to hot growth? For a growing number, it’s through a SPAC, or special purpose acquisition company, because SPACs may be more willing to make investments that more traditional investors see as risky. Barrett’s advice: get your finances and financial tools in order, get the right team in place, get ready for the auditors, and make a strong case. Barrett also thinks it’s a good idea for companies to find an experienced, knowledgeable service provider to help guide the SPAC journey.
