About the solution

DeloitteRESOLVE for COVID-19 is a business solution created by Deloitte using ServiceNow technology to help organizations monitor staff exposure, build a risk profile and create an internal information forum as a component of their COVID-19 response plan. Where permitted, functionality might include tracking travel, public exposure, personal health monitoring and mapping interactions with infected persons. The DeloitteRESOLVE solution can also supply critical information to staff such as policies, procedures and relevant news to best respond to the outbreak.

The solution has been tested and functioning in the marketplace for several months. It can be installed on an existing ServiceNow instance or hosted by Deloitte’s managed services.

ServiceNow’s Emergency Response Applications

These applications were released on March 16, 2020 to help address the pandemic.

  1. Emergency Response Operation: Assists state and local governments in incident resource planning and activation
  2. Emergency Outreach: Notifies employees of safety measures and enables them to self-report health status
  3. Emergency Self Report: Enables employees to report quarantine status and confirm return to work
  4. Emergency Exposure Management: Identifies illness exposure among employees
