In our profession, in data and analytics, we see people from multiple backgrounds. Even on my leadership team today, we have English majors to statistical majors, to business majors. So, those different backgrounds, they all bring a diversity of thought to data and analytics. They bring a different vantage point that allows you, as a team, to achieve those goals.

One piece of advice I would give to your listeners is first, I would tell them to utilize your resources that are available to you, to build a foundation that allows you to grow and to develop. And when I say your resources, that could be a mentor, it could be a YouTube class, it could be an in-person class.
