Karen is a managing director in Deloitte’s Energy, Resources and Industrials practice and leads the Human Capital for ESG and Sustainability & Climate Change practice. She assists her clients with organization and workforce imperatives to drive meaningful change, impact, and value. For 15 years she’s enabled clients to manage industry disruptions and realize their transformational goals by driving adoption of new ways of organizing, operating, and behaving. Karen specializes in strategic change management, organization alignment, the future workforce, and persona-driven engagement. She focused on workforce implications for more than 40 major transformations in Supply Chain, IT, HR, and Operations. Karen has authored publications highlighting best in class strategic change management, and has two awards for employee engagement work.
Karen has a Masters of Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Illinois Institute of Technology, a Bachelors of Psychology from The Ohio State University, and is proficient in business French.
