Laura Garbacz

As the head of Deloitte’s Ecosystems & Alliances relationship management team, Laura leads the portfolio of more than 100 alliance relationship management teams. She works with Deloitte’s business leaders, to determine which companies to form strategic go-to-market alliance relationships. Under Laura’s leadership the relationship management teams are maximizing value for both the Deloitte and alliance partner addressing the most complex challenges facing our clients.

As HR transformation leader and cross-industry veteran, Laura specializes in advising global organizations on the strategy, design, and implementation of HR and talent transformations. After building a successful HR transformation boutique consultancy acquired by Deloitte in 2007, Laura led Deloitte’s global Oracle HR Transformation practice and was responsible for overall strategy, operations, talent recruitment and development, and delivery of Oracle-enabled human capital consulting services.

In addition to driving alliance and ecosystem innovation, Laura is a member of Deloitte Consulting LLP's Board of Directors. Laura has co-authored many of Deloitte Consulting LLP’s points of view, methodologies, and tools related to HR, talent transformation, and technology.
