Max is a principal with Deloitte's financial services practice and banking mergers & acquisitions (M&A) practice, specializing in the formulation of corporate strategy, M&A integration advisory, and large scale restructurings. He has over 15 years of client service experience and has led more than 25 business transformation engagements for global financial services institutions. Over the last 10 years, Max has led some of the largest financial services industry acquisitions in the US, focused on advising financial institutions in the areas of integration, blueprinting, Day 1 and Day 2 planning and execution, cost and synergy management, separation planning and numerous workstream areas such as commercial lending, deposit and loan operations, channels, finance & treasury, and other enterprise functional areas.
