Stephani Long
Principal | Chief Talent Officer
Stephani is the chief talent officer for the Deloitte US Firms and is responsible for leading the Talent organization to create a talent experience that engages 150,000+ Deloitte Partners, Principals, Managing Directors, and professionals. In this role, she has broad responsibilities across all Talent areas including Talent strategy and operations, learning and development, total rewards and well-being, performance management, and diversity, equity and inclusion. She is also a member of the US Executive Committee and Board Director of Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited.
Previously, Stephani served as the National Managing Director of Talent and Partner Matters for Deloitte Consulting LLP. She spearheaded complex transformations of several programs that brought innovative processes and new technologies to our professionals. Stephani also ran our US Public Sector practice, which serves state and local governments as well as higher education clients and built long-term relationships over multi-year initiatives.
In her more than 30 years with Deloitte, Stephani has earned a national reputation for delivering valued ideas and high-quality services to our clients across policy, program, people, and technology.
