Robin is a Principal with over 25 years of consulting experience in enterprise restructuring, M&A, strategic change, and work, workforce, and workplace transformation. Robin recently built and led one of Deloitte’s fastest-growing new businesses focused on the Future of Work and Workforce Transformation and served on the Consulting CEO’s Marketplace Leadership team. She previously served as the firm’s Human Capital Leader for Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT).
Robin serves as an Executive Advisor to CHROs, executive teams, and boards of corporate and private equity clients across industries as they undertake strategic efforts to modernize, create value, and divest their organizations and assets in light of technological, economic and workplace shifts. Robin frequently publishes and presents across major academic and media outlets, including The Wall Street Journal, Forbes, CNBC, Bloomberg, Harvard, MIT, Wharton, CES, and others. In 2020, she was recognized by Crain's New York as one of the Most Notable Women in Accounting & Consulting, and in 2023 she co-authored an award-winning book, “Workforce Ecosystems: Reaching Strategic Goals with People, Partners, and Technologies,” published by MIT Press.
