Marketing Excellence Leader
Tom is the Marketing Excellence leader and leads a number of client relationships as both LCP and advisory partner. Previously, he served as a member of the Consulting Executive Committee and was the National managing director for Consumer & Industrial Products (C&IP) industry, serving each respectively for 6 years. Prior to these roles, he served as the leader of the US Process & Industrial Products practice for 5 years.
Tom currently serves on the board for the Consulting joint venture with the German member firm and continues to serve as the LCP for Bayer AG in the US. He is the advisory partner for DuPont and serves on the advisory committee for WalMart. Tom leads the firm relationship with USGA, a new strategic relationship launched in January of 2016.
Tom joined the firm as a business analyst in 1987. Tom has provided senior executives with business and management advice across a wide range of topics. He has extensive experience in strategy, operations, and large-scale business transformation services. Tom has significant international experience having supported a number of Deloitte's global client programs in South America, North America, and Europe and has served as the lead partner for Deloitte's relationship with Bayer in the US for more than 15 years. Tom holds an MBA from Columbia University and a BA in Economics from Hamilton College.
