INspire HK is the guiding light of a new era for Deloitte China's HKSAR practice as we continue to illuminate Hong Kong's advantages in international finance, transport and trade, green and sustainable finance. Inspire HK will also continue to reinforce Hong Kong's position In the Greater Bay Area through collaboration with government and support for the Shenzhen-Hong Kong Innovation and Technology Co-operation Zone.
INspire HK pledges HKD1 billion over the next three years to double down on the growth of our Hong Kong practice by advancing our firm's multidisciplinary services model (MDM), enhancing talent development, and strengthening our position as an integrated, full-service professional services firm.
Harnessing our innovative MDM, we will deliver greater value and impact for our clients through five integrated value propositions (IVPs): M&A, Sustainability, Digital Transformation, ONEInsurance, and Smart City.
Deloitte's leadership in digital transformation, trusted status among iconic clients, and environmental, social, and governance (ESG) commitments will drive these efforts.
To enhance our INspire HK IVPs, we completed two inorganic growth investments in Hong Kong, the acquisitions of Carbon Care Asia's business, a leading ESG consultancy, and Integrated Enterprise Solutions, a specialist IT consulting and custom IT solutions provider. We will continue to expand our talent pool and are committed to providing a "one-stop", solution-driven proposition for clients. E2E M&A
E2E M&A IVP aspires to develop a cross-business units (BUs) team to centralize our effort to cater clients’ M&A and adjacent needs. The team will leverage the IVP playbook and best-in-class approach from all service lines, to deliver end-to-end M&A services, from strategy formulation, deal execution, integration and value creation. We are building an ecosystem to deliver value creation and new experience to our clients in the M&A cycle, with collaboration across BU and support from Deloitte Private, Capital Market Service Group and other IVPs.
ONEInsurance
The ONEInsurance IVP will provide an integrated platform for collaboration and scalable growth towards an undisputed leader (UDL) position beyond IFRS17. To support our vision, our mission is to:
- anchor our growth on the Hong Kong Priority Accounts with a diversified portfolio of services;
- address the industry’s signature issues; and
- maintain a specific strategy for audit and integrate other services.
We aspire to provide an integrated solutions platform for the Insurer of the future.
Smart City
Our team of professionals working as One Team are at all ears to listen, respond and deliver the needs of our public sector clients in Hong Kong through a full new suite of Advise-Implement-Operate (A-I-O) offerings, covering management/financial/risk/cyber advisory with seamless integration of newly added capabilities in urban planning, architectural design, government-focused system development/integration and sustainability consulting.
