In 2007, Carol started her first job at Deloitte Taipei office after graduating with a master's degree. Seeking for different career experience, she chose to transfer to Shanghai office in 2011. This year, she made another leap in her career and was newly promoted to partner. From a green hand to a competent audit partner, she benefited a lot from diversified career path.
