Charitable 8 Hours
Every year, we give our people time to do volunteering—eight working hours to be exact. Our colleagues contribute their time in different ways. Some join National IMPACT Day activities, some act as mentors to students, while others serve non-profit organizations close to their hearts. We encourage our people to give back to their communities and make an impact that matters.
Deloitte Foundation and WorldClass
In 2015, we stepped up our commitment to "doing good" and established the Deloitte Foundation to centralize the management of philanthropic donations and to effectively support our corporate responsibility programs. We aim to make an impact that matters for society and live our purpose by contributing our skills, knowledge and business acumen to help solve some of the world’s toughest societal issues.
