• Deloitte Real Estate adviseert opdrachtgevers met complexe en uitdagende vraagstukken rondom vastgoedtransacties, vastgoedwaarderingen, vastgoedfinanciering en PPS-projecten.
• Er is steeds meer aandacht voor performance benchmarks, die intern worden gebruikt ten behoeve van managementinformatie en extern als positionering van het vastgoedfonds. Door toename van verschillende soorten vastgoedfondsen ontstaat er steeds meer behoefte aan specifieke marktkennis, bijvoorbeeld kantoren, winkelcentra, hotels of parkeerfaciliteiten.
• Ook vastgoedwaarderingen worden steeds complexer, met name voor exploitatie gebonden vastgoed en in geval van herontwikkelingsscenario’s. Deloitte Real Estate adviseert u samen met het Transaction Services team en Debt Advisory bij deze uitdagingen.
• Om aan kapitaal en/of financiering te komen, moet in veel situaties andere dan de gebruikelijke kanalen worden benaderd en is betere informatie nodig om kapitaal- en vreemdvermogenverschaffers te overtuigen. Dit geldt zeker in sectoren waar door wijzigingen in de regelgeving de risico’s toenemen.

Vanzelfsprekend werken wij conform de beroepsnormen in termen van betrouwbaarheid, discretie en geheimhouding en zijn onze adviseurs register-taxateurs gecertificeerd door Nederlands Register Vastgoed Taxateurs (NRVT) en het Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
• Real Estate Finance
  Deloitte Real Estate adviseert samen met Deloitte Debt Advisory haar opdrachtgevers over de aanpak van het opstellen van een financieringsmemorandum waarmee een aantal geselecteerde financiers en beleggers wordt benaderd. Wij kennen de strategie en focus van financiers en beleggers in binnen- en buitenland en weten welke informatie en propositie zij wensen.
• Publiek Private Samenwerking

• Deloitte Real Estate advises clients on the complex and challenging issues around real estate transactions, real estate valuations, real estate financing and PPP projects.
• There’s increasing attention for performance benchmarks, which are used internally as management information and externally to position the real estate fund. Due to the increase in different types of real estate funds, there’s an increasing need for specific market knowledge about offices, shopping centres, hotels or parking facilities, for example.
• Real estate valuations are also becoming increasingly complex, especially for operationally-used property and in redevelopment scenarios. Together with the Transaction Services Team and Debt Advisory, Deloitte Real Estate advises on to these challenges.
• In order to get capital and/or financing, other channels than the usual often have to be approached and better information is needed to convince (foreign) capital providers. This is especially the case in sectors where risks are increasing due to changes in regulations.

  Deloitte Real Estate values individual properties, entire real estate portfolios and property loans. In consultation with our client, we propose a project approach for valuations.   Together with Deloitte Debt Advisory, Deloitte Real Estate advises clients about the drafting of a financing memorandum, used to approach a number of selected lenders and investors.   Deloitte Real Estate has extensive experience in guiding public and private parties in feasibility studies into public-private partnerships, overseeing the PPP tenders and attracting financing for PPP projects. We have experience both on the public and the private side of the PPP.
