Equipping veterans with the tools to succeed
Advise. Celebrate. Support.
Deloitte takes a holistic approach when supporting veterans, with an emphasis on physical health and recovery, education, and employment through a complement of skills-based volunteering and pro bono.
Veteran Impact report
Deloitte’s Veteran Impact report describes the many ways Deloitte positively impacts the veteran community. Our initiatives extend beyond client work, to include corporate citizenship, development, recruiting, pro-bono, volunteer and sponsorships. Our shared sense of purpose and commitment to veterans and their families is demonstrated in this year’s Veterans Impact report.
Celebrating Deloitte’s military veterans
We value the skills and unique perspectives that our military veterans bring to Deloitte and thank them for their continued service at Deloitte and beyond.

Our Career Opportunity Redefinition and Exploration (CORE) Leadership Program helps transitioning veterans translate their skills to a business environment, and our Deloitte Day Open Houses for Veterans offer veterans opportunities to learn valuable transition skills and network with current Deloitte professionals

Department of Defense Warrior Games, sponsored by Deloitte
Warrior Games: Celebrating resilience
Deloitte is a proud sponsor of the Warrior Games, which showcase the resilient spirit of today’s wounded, ill, and injured service members from all branches of the military. After overcoming significant physical and emotional injuries, these men and women demonstrate the resilience of today’s force.
Deloitte’s commitment to the military, veterans, and their families spans our organization—we’re proud to serve those who have served our nation. We strive to be known as a best-in-class organization supporting service members as they transition from active duty to civilian life. Our holistic approach to transitional support encompasses employment, education, and physical health and recovery by collaborating with veteran-serving nonprofits in the US.
Supporting veterans at Deloitte
As part of our hiring and retention efforts, Deloitte appoints veteran champions to help drive veteran hiring and retention through each of Deloitte’s businesses. Deloitte’s Armed Forces and Allies Business Resource Group (AFBRG), serves as a resource and network of Deloitte professionals who are prior, current, or retired members of the armed forces or their supporters.
