Deloitte Wins 50 Brandon Hall Group HCM Excellence Awards Across Nearly 30 Categories

NEW YORK, Oct. 6, 2023  — Deloitte today announced receiving 29 Gold, 14 Silver, and seven Bronze Brandon Hall Group Human Capital Management (HCM) Excellence Awards. These awards recognize leading practices for initiatives in learning and development; talent management; leadership development; talent acquisition; human resources; sales performance; diversity, equity and inclusion; and the future of work.

Deloitte’s Cloud Institute program was again recognized with a Gold award this year in the Best in Learning Strategy category based on its intentional shift to drive more modularity and flexibility for participants to focus on their specific needs and areas of interest. This shift has led to greater audience reach, the ability to meet learners at their point of need and a more agile approach to planning and delivering based on business and market demand. Other Deloitte programs receiving Gold awards include Deloitte’s new hire onboarding initiative and a cybersecurity bootcamp.
