Paul is a vice chairman, Deloitte LLP, and the leader of the US Industrial Products & Construction practice with Deloitte Consulting LLP. He has more than three decades of experience in the industrial products and automotive sectors and has focused on helping organizations address major transformations. Paul drives key sector industry initiatives to help companies adapt to an environment of rapid change and uncertainty—globalization, exponential technologies, the skills gap, and the evolution of Industry 4.0. Based in Cleveland, Paul also serves as the managing principal of Northeast Ohio.

Chris is the US Industrial Products & Construction sector leader for Deloitte Risk and Financial Advisory. He also serves as the US Machinery and Equipment Valuation leader and serves on the Global Valuation and Modeling Executive Committee representing industry and tangible asset valuations. Chris has experience in the analysis of construction and fixed assets for purchase accounting, sale-leaseback, depreciation, and project tax planning purposes. He has performed fair market valuations and studies including purchase allocations, ad valorem, insurance, and domestic, and cross-border lease transactions.

He has a proven track record in global business development, operations/business strategy advisory and non-traditional approaches to creating client value. Brian is particularly experienced in industrial/consumer-related industries but has also worked across industries and sectors. Additionally, he is fascinated by the convergence of expertise, capability and technology in creating a new breed of integrated client solutions.

Ann is a partner based in the Atlanta, GA office with more than 20 years of experience leading our clients through change related to tax issues arising in areas of merger and acquisitions, international tax issues, consolidated returns, accounting method changes, and Accounting for Income Taxes (ASC 740 and IAS12). She is a client-focused, results-oriented tax and business advisor who has provided tax consulting and project implementation services to both major multinational corporations and private companies in the consumer products, manufacturing, and transportation services industries.
