Christopher Lindsey

As the leader of Deloitte Risk & Financial Advisory’s US Industrial Products & Construction (IP&C), Chris is responsible for Deloitte professionals in the areas of Transactions, M&A, Regulatory/Legal Support, Cyber, Strategic Risk, and Accounting/Internal Controls services. In this role, he is also responsible for our finance transformation practice focused on our IP&C clients. Furthermore, Chris leads the US Machinery and Equipment Valuation practice where he has extensive experience in the analysis of construction and fixed assets for purchase accounting, sale-leaseback, depreciation, and project tax planning purposes. He has performed fair market valuations and studies, including purchase allocations, ad valorem, insurance, and domestic, and cross-border lease transactions.
