This interactive webinar presented by Deloitte Tax LLP and Deloitte Consulting LLP’s industry-leading specialists in rewards and human capital will focus on Deloitte’s 2018 Global Human Capital Trends report, titled The Rise of the Social Enterprise, developments in personal and employer payroll taxes in Belgium and France, and the latest information on how employers are managing their business traveler tax compliance issues.

The Rise of the Social Enterprise identified a wide array of trends impacting organizations with respect to talent. In this 1-hour webinar, we will cover questions such as:

  • What are the specific trends and new approaches to rewards for global enterprises?
  • How are organizations bringing a more personalized touch to the role of employee well-being?
  • How are successful rewards functions adapting to the new expectations of workers?

In France, a revolution in income tax collection rules is coming in calendar 2019 that could affect every employer and every employee. In Belgium, new instructions from the social security authorities and audits from the tax administration is motivating review of employer and employee reporting for stock compensation. Our July 2018 survey of short-term international and interstate business travel compliance trends from 250+ employers reveals increasing enforcement of tax compliance obligations.
