Caroline is a managing director with Deloitte Consulting LLP, where she leads global transformation programs that deliver value for the finance and accounting functions.
She has led numerous large-scale finance transformations, as well as working capital optimization and operating model projects at some of the world’s largest companies. Through the end-to-end assessment of operations, implementation of new operating models, and programmatic approach to optimizing working capital, Caroline helps her clients streamline and automate processes, gain access to critical data, and structure operations to increase efficiency and effectiveness. She is well-versed in how to drive change in organizations in order to realize cost reduction and maximize shareholder value.
Caroline serves on the Duke Women’s Club board and enjoys working with local charities in the Tampa area.
