Deloitte Legal Poland has advised Convert Paper shareholders on the sale of the company’s shares to Papierfabrik Adolf Jass

Warsaw, 6 December 2019

Deloitte Legal Poland has advised shareholders of Convert Paper on the sale of 100% of the company’s shares to Papierfabrik Adolf Jass, a German strategic investor. Convert Paper is a Polish manufacturer and distributor of solid and corrugated board. Papierfabrik Adolf Jass is a German family-run business manufacturing environmentally friendly paper for corrugated board packaging.

The scope of Deloitte Legal Poland services included comprehensive legal support for Convert Paper shareholders in carrying out the transaction, and especially in preparing and negotiating transaction documentation.
 

The Deloitte Legal Poland team comprised:

•    Aleksandra Ziemnicka (Associate).
