About the event
We have a pleasure to invite you to join an exceptional event – Deloitte SheXO Club Central European meeting where SheXO Club members from eight different countries will meet in person for the first time to share their experience and ideas. This event will celebrate the fifth anniversary of running the SheXO Club at Deloitte. This is also going to be a side event of the Global Summit of Women, major global event dedicated to women in economy that will be held on June 9th -11th in Warsaw.
The aim of the SheXO conference is best reflected by its main theme: Define your impact as a leader – How to align passion and power with a higher purpose? We are deeply convinced, that thanks to our position, personality, energy, and capabilities as female leaders, we are in an excellent position to develop ourselves, our teams and communities, including our own families. We would like to address the question of how to accomplish that objective in the most effective way and what exactly are the approaches and tools that could support putting the change-for-the-better plans into action? We would like to emphasize the important roles which female leaders play in our communities. We believe that female leaders can change the world together.
We will discuss the most important achievements of the SheXO Club over the past five years and listen to speeches delivered by inspiring women. Our special guest will be Andrew Davis, leading communication and digital expert, who will show us how to use the online tool to improve effectiveness and increase not only our reach but also influence.
We would like to invite all SheXO Club members and supporters to join us at the SheXO event as well as the Global Summit of Women. Let us make a meaningful contribution to the SheXO network and the Summit. We hope to see you there.

Andrew Davis’ 20-year career has taken him from local television to The Today Show. He’s worked for The Muppets in New York. He’s marketed for tiny start-ups and Fortune 500 brands. His latest book, Town INC hit shelves in 2015. He’s produced for Charles Kuralt and MTV. Andrew co-founded Tippingpoint Labs, where, as the chief strategy officer, Andrew and his team helped companies like Putnam Investments, Breville and TomTom. They built digital strategies for publishers like Rodale and Meredith. For more than a decade, Drew has led the charge to change the way publishers think and how brands market their products in a digital world. Rana Ghandour Salhab

Rana Ghandour Salhab is an elected member of the board of the Deloitte Middle East firm. She is the regional Talent, and Communications Partner in the firm whose network of offices covers 15 countries and over 22 offices in the Middle East North Africa region. She has over 25 years’ experience in management consulting, talent and diversity management, corporate social responsibility, corporate branding and communications. Rana has lived and worked in 3 continents and assumed regional and global leadership roles in multinational firms.
Before joining Deloitte, she was HR Director in the EMEIA (Europe, Middle East, India & Africa) regional management team at Andersen, and prior to that was HR Director of the Growing Economies region. Rana is a former co-chair of the MENA Entrepreneurship Action Group of the World Economic Forum (WEF), and is currently on the advisory board of Reach, the first non-profit organization incorporated in the Dubai International Financial Center (DIFC) designed for mentoring and supporting professional women in the UAE. She is also on the founding taskforce for the 30% Club – GCC chapter, an initiative that aims at increasing number of women on leadership boards.
