We advised a private investment firm McWin on the acquisition of BK SEE Poland S.A. which operates 20 Burger King restaurants in Poland.

Our lawyers were responsible for conducting the due diligence process, preparing and negotiating transaction documentation, closing the transaction, as well as post-transaction advisory.

On behalf of McWin the process has been led by its legal counsels: Marian Longin Sobolewski-Hajbert and Dawid Książczak.

The due diligence and transaction process was conducted by Mikołaj Chodkiewicz (Managing Associate), with the support of Jakub Łabuz (Partner Associate), under the supervision of Ryszard Manteuffel (Partner). The team also included Gabriela Skaza.
