Kelvin is a principal in Deloitte’s Human Capital practice with responsibility for growing Deloitte’s Leadership Services in the federal market. He has more than 28 years of experience engaging clients at the Department of Defense, Federal Health and Human Services, Military Health, and commercial providers on systems implementation, program management, and leading individuals and teams. Recently, he served as the US managing principal for Diversity as part of the Inclusion Center of Excellence executive team.
Kelvin serves on the Board of Directors for the Children’s Inn at the National Institutes of Health. He is a member of the President George W. Bush Military Services Initiative Advisory Council and is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps. Kelvin has a bachelor of science degree from the US Naval Academy and a master of arts in Management and Human Relations from Webster University.
