Kate Schmidt is the Chief Operating Officer for Deloitte’s Artificial Intelligence (AI) Strategic Growth Offering, leveraging data and AI technology to unlock innovative solutions for Deloitte to take to market for clients. She focuses on delivering performance whether she’s working business and technology transformation or leading cross-functional, global strategic programs that support Deloitte’s AI Institute, where she formerly served as director of operations. Kate possesses deep experience in global Oracle enterprise resource planning (ERP) financial transformations and has led wide-ranging, cross-functional custom development programs. She is a knowledgeable and frequent collaborator on topics related to AI, speaking publicly on the topic. In addition to AI, Kate’s specialties include custom SharePoint development, cross-functional business transformation, and go-to-market strategy. She holds a bachelor’s in international political economy from the University of Puget Sound.

Chip's leadership spans across industries including consumer, retail, wholesale distribution, automotive, and technology media, with a focus on solving client challenges in quote-to-cash and supply chain processes. He is a recognized leader in SAP across S/4HANA, SAP Public Cloud, and SAP's suite of products.

Karthik is a principal at Deloitte Consulting LLP with approximately 14 years of experience specializing in managing and executing SAP business transformation projects. His primary industry focus is hi-tech (TMT), consumer products, and has significant experience in power and utilities (E&R) industry. Karthik is a techno-functional SAP solution architect with experience across multiple areas in supply chain and logistics execution, SAP Enterprise warehouse management (eWM), procure-to-pay process (P2P), supplier relationship management (SRM), order to cash (OTC) and FI GL processes to name a few. Additionally, Karthik has experience in leading enterprise information management teams in large scale business transformation projects in the areas of data strategy, ETL services, data cleansing, and data governance leveraging SAP BODS tools. Karthik currently leads the AIOPS.D, a Deloitte business, driving organizations to integrate autonomous business processes.
