Mike Danitz
Mike Danitz is a Principal in the Finance and Enterprise Performance practice within Deloitte Consulting LLP. He is a leader in helping CFOs and their teams navigate and implement digital solutions across the finance function. His experience within the Technology, Media and Telecommunications sectors includes identifying, designing, and executing finance transformation programs that deliver next generation capabilities to Finance.
Eric Merrill
Eric is a managing director within Deloitte Consulting’s Finance and Enterprise Performance market offering. He advises executives in consumer-facing industries on how to apply strategy and analytics to enable better business decision making company-wide. His expertise is focused around meeting the needs of the chief financial officer. Recently, Eric has completed work at multiple consumer companies in forecasting, predictive analytics, and visualization, as well as enabling next-generation operating models and integrated business planning. His focus has been on innovation across predictive analytics, integrated performance management (planning, budgeting, and forecasting), and process, operating model, and systems improvement initiatives.
Vishnu Narins
Vishnu is a managing director with Deloitte Consulting LLP who has more than 15 years of consulting experience in Technology and Finance with a focus on design and implementation of advanced analytics and planning solutions for complex multinational organizations. She has led several multifaceted transformation programs for organizations shifting from a “siloed” model to being more globally customer and product focused. Vishnu has architected and successfully implemented multiple planning projects in areas of supply chain planning, financial planning, and commercial planning, with a special focus on cloud EPM solutions such as Anaplan, Oracle Planning Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS), SAP BPC, and Workday Planning.
Philippe Podhorecki
Philippe is a principal in Deloitte Consulting’s Finance & Enterprise Performance practice. He serves CFOs and Finance Leaders in developing their strategy and realizing their transformation objectives, often enabled by leading edge, pragmatic technology solutions. Philippe has led numerous transformation programs across industries, including SAP S4, operating model, enterprise planning, reporting strategy and analytics, technology-enabled process redesign, and organizational transformation strategy. As the Deloitte Finance Lab Leader, Philippe spends much of his time working side-by-side with global Finance Leaders in building their transformations.
