Greg is the leader of Deloitte Consulting LLP’s National Compensation Community of Practice and serves on Deloitte’s Global Rewards Leadership Committee. His specialty is focused on the design and implementation of strategic performance and reward systems, including talent and total reward strategies designed to enhance the attraction and retention of critical talent segments. He has more than 30 years of experience in compensation, performance management and human resources. His clients represent a broad range of industries including energy/utilities, healthcare, higher education, financial services, pharmaceuticals, media, manufacturing, consumer products, professional services, government, and non-profits.
