Beth is the founder and chief adviser for the Center for ControllershipTM and managing director for Finance Transformation and Controllership Services at Deloitte & Touche LLP. She has more than 35 years of experience in roles as an auditor, CFO/controller, and financial operations consultant, and specializes in helping the Controllership function improve overall finance processes, reduce cost of delivery, and reduce risk. She has served some of the largest global and national organizations as they transform their controllership function driven by mergers, accounting changes, and system transformations. Beth has been published several times with insights into financial close and reporting process improvements, effective control design, the role of the controller, and technology transformation for the future of controllership.

Christine is a managing director in Deloitte & Touche LLP’s Transactions and M&A practice, focusing on divestitures, integration, and readiness. With more than twenty years of experience at Deloitte, Christine has focused her career on assisting clients in meeting their financial accounting and reporting requirements related to various transaction filing requirements and the process transformation driven by those transactions. Christine has served as a leader on the project teams for several global complex transactions across carve-out financial statements, separation planning and execution, purchase accounting, acquisition integration, IPO filings and preparing to become a public company. Christine has performed numerous presentations and publications on these topics. Christine is a CPA and member of the AICPA.

Michael Wolf

Michael Wolf

Global economist | Senior manager | Deloitte

Michael Wolf is a global economist at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Ltd. He provides written commentary and analysis on global economic issues that affect the firm and its clients. He has been quoted by various media outlets, including the Wall Street Journal and NPR. Wolf began his career as an economist at the US Labor Department and has since held economist positions at Moody’s Analytics, Wells Fargo Securities, and PwC. He has two graduate degrees, one in economic policy from Columbia University, and the other in statistics from Baruch College. He also has a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Maryland.
