Katie Glynn
Katie is partner with Deloitte & Touche LLP. She specializes in helping clients address complex record to report challenges to reduce risk and enhance management oversight through business process re-design, enabling technologies, and finance master data governance. A primary focus of Katie’s is assisting organizations to transform the end-to-end intercompany process by designing and implementing solutions that meet the specific needs of her client constituents across Finance, Treasury and Tax. She holds various leadership roles to driving leading practices and the enhancing the Deloitte brand including the leader of the Deloitte Intercompany Center of Excellence and the Eminence Lead for the Deloitte Center for ControllershipTM.
Casey Kacirek
Casey is a managing director in Deloitte’s Accounting and Internal Controls practice where she is responsible for our strategy to address emerging risks related to Artificial Intelligence (AI) enablement. She has more than eighteen years of experience leading client service teams to deliver internal control evaluations for Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance, SOX readiness and program development, and internal audit services across technology, retail, and healthcare industries. Outside of work she enjoys singing and playing the guitar and years ago she published an original song “Dodger Blue”.
Jennifer Gerasimov
Jennifer is managing director in the Risk & Financial Advisory practice specializing in Accounting and Internal Control Services. She co-leads Deloitte’s Nexus Digital Nerve Center™ solution, one of the Controls Advisory offerings within the Digital Controls practice. She has more than 20 years of experience in assessing internal controls in areas such as financial business operations, information security, system development, and computer operations for clients primarily within the Financial Services industry. She has designed, implemented, and tested operating effectiveness of tens of thousands of business controls and general IT controls. During this time, she recognized a growing need for change with how companies are managing their risk and control environments. She understands what is required for modernization and, in response, has led the innovation efforts to develop the Nexus Digital Nerve Center solution.
