1.0 Overview CPE credit | Specialized Knowledge

The Operate to Transform (O2T) methodology is a unique element of Deloitte’s cross-functional approach to Operate. It can empower clients to not only improve operational cost-efficiency through capabilities such as generative artificial intelligence (GenAI) but also become a mechanism to advance broader transformation initiatives. O2T can help free up resources, which can then be redeployed to build a stronger advantage against competitors. We’ll discuss:

  • What O2T means and what it entails
  • Advantages of the O2T approach vs. standard business process outsourcing
  • How implementing O2T can fund broader organizational transformations
