Katie Glynn
Katie is partner with Deloitte & Touche LLP. She specializes in helping clients address complex record to report challenges to reduce risk and enhance management oversight through business process re-design, enabling technologies, and finance master data governance. A primary focus of Katie’s is assisting organizations to transform the end-to-end intercompany process by designing and implementing solutions that meet the specific needs of her client constituents across Finance, Treasury and Tax. She holds various leadership roles to driving leading practices and the enhancing the Deloitte brand including the leader of the Deloitte Intercompany Center of Excellence and the Eminence Lead for the Deloitte Center for ControllershipTM.
Tom Toppen
Tom is a Deloitte Risk & Financial Advisory managing director in Deloitte & Touche LLP. Tom works with finance leaders to accelerate finance transformation efforts. He helps companies improve financial governance to identify and develop operational improvements, enhance internal controls, align operating models and implement technology to provide efficiency within the finance organization. Tom leads initiatives at his clients that focus on improving and standardizing processes, taking risk and inefficiency out of the financial close cycle and aligning reporting processes. Working in the space called Digital Controllership™, Tom specifically focuses on automating and streamlining financial close and reporting processes while improving internal controls. Tom is the Global and America’s executive lead for Deloitte’s BlackLine alliance and leads domestic and global implementations of BlackLine’s enhanced financial close automation.
