Steve is Deloitte's Knowledge Management services leader and a managing director in the Human Capital practice with a specific focus in designing and implementing talent management, development, organizational, and operating models to help his clients execute their strategy. He has more than 20 years combined industry and consulting experience specializing in business transformation, talent, organizational design, and M&A. He is responsible for helping clients design, articulate and implement their business strategy through sustainable business models, structuring their organizations to execute their strategy, and driving adoption through organizational change management.
