Dr. Asif Dhar

Dr. Dhar is vice chair and US Life Sciences and Health Care (LSHC) Industry Leader for Deloitte LLP leading the overall strategic direction for the life sciences and health care practices, including audit, consulting, tax, and advisory services. He helps Governments, Life Sciences and Health Care clients reinvent wellness, address disease, respond to pandemics and tackle health inequities. Dr. Dhar's teams have developed powerful view of the Future of Health which explains how health will leverage disruptive technologies to transform the industry to make it consumer focused, personalized, preventative, equitable and sustainable. He has a deep passion for climate, sustainability and equity and is an executive sponsor for Deloitte’s Health Equity Institute. Dr. Dhar has a deep interest in cancer that goes well beyond his day to day business responsibilities at Deloitte. He is a board member of the American Cancer Society and works with numerous organizations to end cancer as we know it.

Dr. Jay Bhatt

Dr. Jay Bhatt is a physician executive, primary care physician, and public health innovator. As managing director of the Deloitte Center for Health Solutions and the Deloitte Health Equity Institute, Bhatt directs the firm's research and insights agenda across the life sciences and health care industry. Dr. Bhatt continues to practice medicine in the Chicago area while serving in his leadership role at Deloitte.

Pete Lyons

Pete, a principal in Deloitte Consulting LLP, is the national sector leader for Deloitte’s Life Sciences practice. In this role, he leads a multi-disciplinary team who serves clients in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical technology, and consumer health care segments through consulting, advisory, audit, and tax services. Pete is responsible for the overall strategic direction of the Life Sciences practice as well as its go-to-market strategies and resources. He also serves in the role as Life Sciences Consulting Leader. His past roles include US Consulting Client Excellence leader where he led the group of Consulting Account Leaders across our 400+ Advantages Client Portfolio clients and focused on how we more effectively bring our services to market through our client leaders. Pete has 25 years of consulting experience focused primarily on helping Life Sciences drive significant transformations across the strategy, operations, and technology spectrum. In addition, Pete also has an extensive background in finance, project, and resource management. Pete earned a B.S. in Economics and Information Systems from Boston College and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Tina Wheeler

Tina Wheeler is the national sector leader for the health care practice in the US. She leads the overall strategic direction of the health care practice as well as its go-to-market strategies and resources. The sector spans advisory, audit, consulting, and tax practices and is deeply committed to helping our clients navigate the ever-changing health care landscape. She is also the global health care audit leader. With more than 30 years of experience at Deloitte, Wheeler has managed the delivery of accounting and auditing services to large multi-system health care payor and provider clients. Her consulting experience includes acquisitions, divestitures, and SEC regulatory reporting.
