Ayesha leads due diligence teams to advise some of Deloitte’s most significant private equity and strategic buyer clients on M&A transactions. She is currently a member of Deloitte's Board Council and the M&A Executive Committee. Ayesha focuses on the Consumer industry and she previously led Deloitte's US Advisory Practice for Consumer Products and Deloitte's National Retail, Wholesale and Distribution M&A Transaction Services practice. With over 25 years of experience with Deloitte, including over 17 years in the M&A Transaction Services group, Ayesha has advised Consumer clients on a wide variety of operational and financial due diligence issues related to M&A transactions, including accounting structuring, carve-outs, human capital, and systems and financial reporting. She has extensive experience in complex carve-out transactions advising both sellers and buyers, including assisting clients with the preparation of financial statements, pro forma financial information and other information included in regulatory filings.

Sriram Prakash is a senior executive at Deloitte and has held leadership roles across M&A, strategy consulting and insight functions. He serves as the global leader for M&A Insights and Ideation and is responsible for shaping insight-led market responses and driving thought-provoking conversations with clients. Sriram is also the global leader for Disruptive M&A, a multi-disciplinary proposition to help clients pursue innovation-led growth through investments in assets that are disrupting their market. Sriram advises clients on high profile acquisitions in disruptions such as metaverse, SVOD, IoT, and climate-tech and is the client relationship leader for two high-growth global companies, the largest ride-sharing company in Europe and a major digital-health scale-up that recently got listed on the NYSE. He’s a highly experienced strategy consultant and has advised on transformation opportunities covering growth strategy, new business launch, market entry, innovation discipline, and operational excellence. Sriram is well recognised as a thought leader and has authored more than 30 thought leadership reports. His research on cash and corporate behaviour was launched at World Economic Forum and Davos, and briefings were given to UK Prime Minister’s CEO Council. He is a regular speaker at conferences such as Mobile World Congress and a frequent media commentator in outlets like Financial Times, WSJ, NY Times, CNBC, and Bloomberg.

Raed is a principal in Deloitte Consulting’s Mergers & Acquisitions practice and leads Strategy, Diligence, and Value Creation for Tech, Media, and Telecom. His professional career combines more than 20 years of advisory and direct industry experience. From strategy to execution, he brings breadth and depth of experience in advising senior executives and leaders across large, global technology and Fortune 100 organizations through large scale transformation, restructuring & margin expansion initiatives, and M&A transactions. Prior to Deloitte, he held key positions in engineering & design, research & development and product management. Raed holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering from Saint Louis University and an M.B.A. with a concentration in New Product Development & High Tech Marketing from the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute Lally School of Management & Technology.
