Peter is a Tax principal and the Global Equity & Incentives Practice leader. With more than 20 years of experience, Peter assists global multinationals with navigating the global tax and regulatory landscape related to their global compensation and benefits programs. With a focus on supporting the needs of multiple stakeholder groups including HR, tax, payroll, executive compensation, and mobility, Peter works closely with his clients to achieve risk mitigation, enhanced compliance, and optimized administration in relation to their rewards programs.
Eira leads the Deloitte US national employment tax practice. A global employment tax specialist, she has nearly 19 years’ experience in London, the UK and US, working with some of the world’s largest organizations on the design, delivery, and taxation of employee remuneration. Eira’s particular area of focus is helping organizations improve their employment tax knowledge, risk and compliance management, specifically in relation to payroll operations, and employee expenses.
