Blair Berrigan

Managing Director – Tax

Blair is a managing director in Deloitte’s National Tax Operate practice. Blair advises clients on their tax operating models, taking a consultative approach to understand specific challenges and goals, and designing custom solutions to meet current and future needs. With a background in tax, human resources and project management, Blair works seamlessly with clients in addressing a variety of needs related to tax compliance, process design and resourcing. Blair began her career in the Atlanta office serving a number of clients, primarily in Private Wealth. She spent three years in our Talent organization as the lead recruiter for Southeast Tax focused on strategy and hiring, including the full candidate life cycle from sourcing through onboarding. Blair rejoined Deloitte Tax in our National Tax Transformation group to drive process re-engineering for tax compliance, as well as establish and implement leading project management practices for our largest clients. She then spent several years leading strategic initiatives for our US Tax Global Office. Blair holds a Bachelors and Masters in Accounting from the University of Georgia. She currently serves on the Advisory Board for Friends of John Paul School and recently served on the Board for the West Side YMCA in New York.
