She has built intelligence programs and managed security operations—including intel, hunt, incident response, threat management, and red team. She was trained in intelligence tradecraft, signals intelligence, and cyber intelligence. She has experience leading diverse, multi-cultural teams with analysts around the globe and delivering to all industry verticals.

Will is a veteran Marine and Intelligence Professional with over 25 years of experience within the Cybersecurity Community at tactical, operational and strategic levels. He has a diverse background that includes Defensive and Offensive Cyber analysis, operations and capability development. He worked heavily in Counter Cyber Intelligence activities providing, strategic and tactical level special operations planning, collection and operational support. Will provided mission oversight for both Defensive and Offensive Cyber Operations for the United States and it's Allies. Will currently leads the Adversary Pursuit Organization for D&R, with oversight of Intelligence, Threat Hunting, and Incident response capabilities.
