TRICARE Evaluation, Analysis and Management Support (TEAMS) is a powerful contract vehicle to help the Military Health System (MHS) address its strategic and tactical priorities. TEAMS is a Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract vehicle that is:
- 10-year duration (Base plus nine option years)
- The vehicle includes a wide range of Category 2 Program Management Support task order types, including:
- Firm-Fixed Price (FFP)
- Cost Plus Fixed-Fee (CPFF)
- Time & Materials/Labor Hours (LH)
- Cost Plus Award Fee (CPAF)
- Fixed Price Award Incentive (FPI)
- Cost Plus Incentive Fee (CPIF)
- TEAMS can be used by the Defense Health Agency (DHA) and all components of the worldwide MHS, including Military Treatment Facilities (MTFs) and clinics, as well as contracting and acquisition activities supported by TMA.
- TEAMS is also available for use by other Department of Defense (DoD) organizations, the Department of Veterans Affairs and the Department of Health and Human Services for joint initiatives that have significant or direct impact on the MHS.
