GSA OASIS

Federal Government Contract Vehicles

GSA's One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services (OASIS) contract is designed to cover an expansive range of professional services and is organized within six functional disciplines: program management services, management consulting services, scientific services, engineering services, logistics services, and financial services. These functional disciplines span all lifecycle phases to support totally integrated program solutions within task orders.

Deloitte and GSA OASIS

OASIS has seven pools of awardees and Deloitte is an awardee in Pool 1 for Engineering and Consulting Services, Pool 2 for Financial Services, Pool 3 for Military/Marine/Energy Engineering and Pool 4 for Scientific Research and Development (R&D). Within OASIS, opportunities will be released into the awardee pools based upon the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) codes for each pool.

OASIS task orders will be able to:

  • Span multiple professional service disciplines
  • Contain significant IT components, but are not IT requirements in and of themselves
  • Contain Ancillary Support components commonly referred to as ODCs
  • Require flexibility for all contract types at the task order level including cost reimbursement
  • Any one or combination of all of the above
