Caroline is a managing director with Deloitte Consulting LLP, where she leads global transformation programs that deliver value for the finance and accounting functions. She has led numerous large-scale finance transformations, as well as working capital optimization and operating model projects at some of the world’s largest companies. Through the end-to-end assessment of operations, implementation of new operating models, and programmatic approach to optimizing working capital, Caroline helps her clients streamline and automate processes, gain access to critical data, and structure operations to increase efficiency and effectiveness. She is well-versed in how to drive change in organizations in order to realize cost reduction and maximize shareholder value. Caroline serves on the Duke Women’s Club board and enjoys working with local charities in the Tampa area.
Jay Miller
Jay is the Enterprise Operations Gen AI Leader and Managing Director of the Miami Office Consulting practice. He has more than 20 years of experience in Technology Consulting, Jay has spent the last 10 years focused on Application Management Services (Operate). Jay works with clients within the Technology, Media and Telecom Industry, focusing on helping organizations design, develop and implement application support solutions to maximize the value of their IT investments. Jay has experience working with a variety of clients, including Verizon, Miami Dade College, Intel, Twitter, Sony, Cisco, Dolby, Heart Media, Verizon and others, providing a wide-range of IT related services including ERP & eCommerce implementations, IT Strategy Development, IT Cost Reduction, Application Development and Maintenance (ADM) and Operate.
