Liz Fennessey
Liz has more than 10 years of M&A experience, executing complex divestiture, integration, and joint venture transactions across payments, banking, and technology sectors. Liz has led the planning and execution of transformational M&A deals for retail banks, payment networks, and financial technology companies. She has managed the delivery of global M&A programs for buyers and sellers across the M&A lifecycle, including pre-sign, day one readiness, cutover, post-merger integration, and separation. She has advised clients on structuring, negotiating, and operationalizing transition service agreements and operating agreements ($2B+ in total value). Liz has deep expertise in synergy analytics and execution, and stranded cost avoidance programs. Liz received the M&A Advisor Emerging Leader Award in 2018.
Masaki Noda
Masaki, a managing director with Deloitte & Touche LLP, is the Investment Management sector leader in the Mergers, Acquisitions, & Divestitures services practice.
