Masaki Noda is a Managing Director in the Transactions and M&A Advisory practice based in New York. He has over 20 years of professional experience in public accounting and financial advisory services. Masaki joined the group in 2002 focused as a dedicated financial services industry M&A specialist and has a broad base of experience servicing transactions in various sectors within the industry including banking, securities and capital markets, specialty finance, investment and wealth management, payments, crypto and fintech.
Currently Masaki serves as the Transactions and M&A Advisory Services Leader for the Investment Management and Wealth Management sectors, specializing in a broad range of areas including traditional and alternative asset managers, wealth managers, invest & wealth-tech businesses, broker/dealers, administrators, etc.
Masaki is a Certified Public Accountant and earned his bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from Georgetown University.
