Rick Carr
As a vice chair and US energy and chemicals leader at Deloitte, Rick Carr has a history of working with clients to align signature industry issues with solutions that innovate, transform, and create improved operational and financial performance. Carr has more than 30 years of experience in industry and consulting, leading and delivering business transformations, operational improvements, digital programs, M&A, and cost reduction programs with a focus on supply chain, operations and maintenance, and projects. His Deloitte leadership roles have included Deloitte Consulting Energy & Chemicals Sector Leader, Deloitte Energy, Resources & Industrials (ER&I) Consulting Sales Excellence, ER&I Consulting in Southeast Asia, and global ER&I supply chain and operations.

Kate Hardin
Kate Hardin leads Deloitte’s research team focused on the implications of the energy transition for the industrial, oil, gas, and power sectors and has an experience of more than 25 years in the energy industry. Before that, she led IHS Markit Ltd’s integrated coverage of transportation decarbonization and the implications for automotive and energy companies.

Nichelle McLemore
Nichelle McLemore serves as the lead client service partner serving Shell and Baker Hughes, and has over 25 years of professional services experience primarily focused on consulting large transformations and M&A transactions across multiple industries. She is also the chair at the Texas Hearing Institute; a board member of Duke University’s Center for Energy, Development, and Global Environment (EDGE); and executive member in the Women’s Energy Network.
