Kenny is a senior partner with more than 30 years of experience serving a diverse range of financial services companies, with a focus on banking. He is the US financial services industry leader and the overall US industries program leader for Deloitte LLP.
As financial services leader, Kenny is responsible for overseeing Deloitte’s four industry sectors: Banking and securities, insurance, real estate, and investment management. Additionally, he leads the integration and collaboration of Deloitte’s key businesses, including consulting, audit, tax, risk management, and financial advisory services, to bring comprehensive solutions to our industry clients. His key responsibilities include the overall strategic direction of the practice, alignment of resources with clients, team leadership development, and succession. Kenny also serves on Deloitte’s Global Financial Services Industry Leadership Council, which ensures the consistency and alignment of our services to multiple global clients.
Kenny is the lead client service partner for one of our largest global clients, overseeing all services we provide to the organization globally. He also serves as the US advisory partner for multiple high-profile banking and capital market clients. As a client service leader, Kenny oversees diverse teams and leads them toward a common goal—delivering superior service excellence. He aligns our teams’ objectives with the strategic initiatives of our clients, helping them navigate complexities and enabling teams to focus on delivering the best possible solutions. Kenny has extensive experience in helping clients develop operational strategies, improve organizational alignment, comply with regulatory requirements, and implement operating platforms.
Kenny joined Deloitte in 1993, and has served in several client and marketplace leadership positions in Dallas, Chicago, and San Francisco. Before joining Deloitte, he was a principal in a management consulting firm specializing in commercial banks, life insurance companies, and real estate investment managers.
