Dr. Gerald C. (Jerry) Kane is a professor of information systems and faculty director of the Edmund H. Shea, Jr. Center for Entrepreneurship at Boston College’s Carroll School of Management. He is also the guest editor for digital leadership at MIT Sloan Management Review and a senior editor at MIS Quarterly. He teaches about how companies can respond to digital disruption to undergraduate, graduate, and executive education students worldwide.
Natasha, Deloitte Services LP, is a senior manager in Deloitte’s Research & Eminence organization where she studies how companies across industries and geographies are progressing in their digital journey. For the past five years, she has helped lead research and analysis for Deloitte’s annual digital trends study conducted in collaboration with MIT Sloan Management Review. Prior to working at Deloitte, Natasha worked in management consulting.
Anh is a senior manager with Deloitte’s Center for Integrated Research. Anh’s research explores the rapidly evolving world of digital business transformation and the implications on talent, leadership, and organizational culture. Prior to this role, she spent 12 years in Deloitte Consulting LLP, where she led business and technology teams in implementing customer relationship management and order management solutions for large telecommunications and retail clients.
Dr. Doug Palmer leads Deloitte Digital’s Social Business practice, advising clients in areas related to social business, digital strategy, enterprise collaboration, gamification, and the adoption of emerging technologies. He helps clients develop digital and social strategies, deploy, obtain value from the leading customer engagement platforms, and leverage new digital technologies for business transformation, acceleration, and advantage.
