About us

Meet the Deloitte Board of Directors

The Deloitte Board of Directors plays a critical role in guiding Deloitte’s short- and long-term strategy, while continually strengthening our sense of partnership. The board has overall responsibility for the governance of Deloitte. The board’s primary role is to be the steward and voice of the partnership, balancing short-term operational excellence with sustained long-term success. In addition to being a steward of the organization, the board also has the responsibility to act as a guardian of the partnership and provide oversight of management to ensure that they are protecting the organization from internal and external risks. Finally, the board acts as an advocate to support management in the execution of the long-term strategy to enable the growth and prosperity of the organization.
