Created in 2014, the USDC has grown from one location to three locations across the United States, employing more than 1,000 business, human resources, and technology professionals. "I just want to learn everything,” shares Eric Howard, advisory solution developer, Deloitte & Touche LLP. Eric started his career at the USDC doing cyber security audits, and through the years has garnered experience in big data, DevOps and is now thinking about doing penetration testing. Focusing on his broader area of interest, Eric can deep dive into specific areas to learn and to grow his knowledge base as a solution developer. "I have so many people that help me transition from one project to the next project and learn what I want to learn on the job.
