Welcome to the Deloitte National Case Competition!
Deloitte and the Deloitte Foundation host the annual NCC with students from top MBA programs in early January at Deloitte University, Deloitte's leadership center in Westlake, Texas.
Each year, we invite a field of highly competitive teams from across the country to compete in a bracket-style tournament. Teams are pitted against each other to test their critical thinking, business knowledge, and strategic problem-solving potential through case simulation.

As a student participant, I remember being blown away by National Case Competition. Not only did I get to present in front of actual clients and industry leaders, but I also got to meet amazing MBA students and Deloitte professionals from across the country. Seeing the close relationships that Deloitte not only fosters within itself but also with clients is one of the reasons I was drawn to Deloitte. Some of the people I met that weekend have gone on to become my closest friends and mentors.

It is hard for me to fathom a better experiential learning opportunity than the National Case Competition. The ability to apply myself as not only a strategist, but also to work on real-life problems in front of a number of executives allowed me to showcase my core skills (financial modeling, creating presentations, public speaking), but also immensely grew my interpersonal skills within my team as we were pressed to deliver outstanding work in a short time frame. In addition, the guidance and support from Deloitte leaders and peers has continued as I have joined the organization as I made close connections throughout the competition.
